A Look Back In Time- Bristol City v Vale

The next team in our nostalgic look back at fixtures involving some of Vale`s League One opponents next season is Bristol City.

Unfortunately, a free-flowing Vale performance full of verve and vigour wasn`t available to me, so a 3-0 drubbing from December 1991 will have to do instead. Wayne Allison`s first minute striker gave the home side the lead and things didn`t get much better for the Vale.
