Supporters now have the opportunity to decide whether the club adopts a new crest for the 2013-14 season. Following Chairman Paul Wildes` decision to open a Twitter account, it is further evidence of the new ownership opting to explore fresh avenues of communication with fans. The move is a nod to the great Vale sides of 1950s, though the badge will feature the phrase ‘For all who have gone before`. The crest was first introduced in 1956, while the club have used the current crest since 1986.

To vote either Yes or No to the change, supporters can email vote@pvfccrest.co.uk with either Yes or No in the subject line.
