Port Vale’s League 1 season continued with a one-nil win against Bury at Vale Park on Monday.

A second half winner from substitute Sam Kelly, as he scored a fine solo goal, was enough to give Port Vale all three-points to end the year on a high.

Vale had almost already took the lead when Byron Moore hit the post with Ajay Leitch Smith also going close before the Kelly winner, which proved to be enough.

These were the other results.
