Hector Sam and Chris Birchall may be preparing to face Gillingham this weekend… but next summer they will play England in the World Cup finals.
That is because Trinidad and Tobagao, who Sam and Birchall helped qualify for the finals for the first time in their history, have been drawn alongside England in Group B.
They will also play against Sweden and Paraguay in the tournament, being held in Germany in June.
Birchall scored the winning goal for Trinidad in thei qualifying play-off win over Bahrain.
