WBA Details Confirmed

The Official Website has confirmed all the details for the Capital One Cup second round meeting with Premier League side West Brom.

A first round upset against Burnley put Port Vale into the second round of the League Cup and another upset at the Hawthorns against West Brom is being sought, following this draw Rob Page said.

‘It’s a great draw for us, I think for the supporters as well.

‘We haven’t got too far to travel, it’s against a top team and one that we’re really looking forward to.’

It’ll be a second round tie I’m certain the Valiants will be looking forward to more than the Baggies, Vale definitely have far less to lose and more to gain from this tie with Tony Pulis’ side so we’ll see how this goes!

What we do now know are those all important details of the date, time and ticket prices for this tie, with Port Vale given a ticket allocation of 2,750 for an 8pm kick-off on Tuesday 25th August.
