Crewe striker Luke Rodgers has this morning signed a two-and-a-half year deal with The Vale. This comes after Crewe knocked back a proposed loan deal from Leyton Orient.
Rodgers, 25, had met with Port Vale representatives on Monday and it appeared yesterday that the deal might not happen.
However, Crewe were not happy with letting Rodgers take a loan deal at Leyton Orient, consequently Rodgers has seen the light and made the right decision.
